Dr. Shogo Mochizuki started the Kobido training in Tokyo, Japan, in 1977. He started teaching in the United States in 1993 and published the Kobido's first textbook in 1995. He is the author of all of Kobido's official books. Over the past 33 years, he has trained more than 50,000 students worldwide. He was appointed by the 25th Generation Master of the House and Lineage of Kobido and currently carries the role of 26th Generation Master and Lineage Holder.

Ritsuko Kanetsuna has been studying with Dr. Shogo Mochizuki since 2011. She is a graduate of Kobido Esthetic College in Tokyo, Japan. Ritsuko has undergone instructor training with Dr. Shogo Mochizuki. She is an official licensed Kobido instructor and the head instructor of Kobido Esthetic College’s Tokyo Campus.

Elisabetta Pittolo has been studying with Dr. Shogo Mochizuki since 2016. She is a graduate of Kobido Esthetic College in Tokyo, Japan. Elisabetta holds the highest level of Kobido training (Level 7 apprentice) among all students in Italy. She has undergone instructor training with Dr. Shogo Mochizuki. She is the only licensed Kobido instructor in Italy, where she teaches in both Italian and English.

Kinga Long is a licensed esthetician in the state of Florida, USA, and a graduate of Kobido Esthetic College in Tokyo, Japan. She is one of the highest-ranking Kobido students (Level 7 apprentice) in the United States of America. Kinga has undergone instructor training with Dr. Shogo Mochizuki and is the only licensed Kobido instructor in the USA. She teaches in both English and Hungarian.

Josaphat Saussaye has been studying with Dr. Shogo Mochizuki since 2017. She is a graduate of Kobido Esthetic College in Tokyo, Japan. Josaphat holds the highest level of Kobido training (Level 7 apprentice) among all students in France. She has undergone instructor training with Dr. Shogo Mochizuki. She teaches in both French and English.
