Kobido® is a registered trademark in across multiple countries. Unauthorized use of the name "Kobido" constitutes trademark infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal legal action

Shogo Mochizuki, 26th Generation Grandmaster of the House of Kobido and Kobido Lineage Holder, is the sole owner of the Kobido® trademark in the countries listed below. Consequently, he retains full control over the use of the word "Kobido" in all countries where the trademark is active.

Any commercial or promotional use of the word "Kobido" by individuals or entities other than Shogo Mochizuki requires a signed agreement and the payment of a licensing fee. Unauthorized use of the name "Kobido" without written consent from Shogo Mochizuki constitutes trademark infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal legal action. In addition, teaching Kobido without proper authorization is considered fraudulent. Any violation of these terms will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in a court of the highest jurisdiction.
