Refund Policy – Zoom Classes / Lessons

Once you have signed up for a Zoom class or lesson, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, we offer the following flexible options:

  • You may transfer your payment to the next available session of the same class,
    OR
  • You may request store credit for use toward any merchandise available in our online shop.

Please note:

  • Transfers or credit requests must be submitted at least 24 to 48 before the scheduled class time.
  • Credit cannot be applied to future online classes or lessons—only merchandise in our store.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Refund Policy – Class Enrollment

We understand that plans can change. Please review the following refund and transfer policy before enrolling in a class:

Refunds (More Than 30 Days from First Class)

If you notify us more than 30 days before the first day of your class, you are eligible for one of the following options:

  • A full refund, minus a 5% service fee
  • OR a 100% credit that can be applied to any other class

Refund Requests Within 11–30 Days of First Class

If you notify us between 11 to 30 days before the start of your class:

  • You are eligible for a 100% credit toward another class
  • OR a full refund, minus a 5% service fee

Less Than 10 Days' Notice

If you notify us 10 days or less before the start of your class:

  • No refund will be issued
  • However, you may transfer your full class credit to the next available session of the same class

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our educational materials. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

Replacements for Defective Materials

If there are defects or mistakes in the Education Package (Level 1), we will replace the item(s) with the same product at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear evidence of the issue (photo or video).

Partial Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Level 1 Education Package and there are no defects, you may request a partial refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receipt
  • The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • The package must be unopened, unmodified, and in its original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our office in Japan
  • Once the return is received and approved, we will issue a 50% refund, minus shipping fees incurred by the customer

Exclusions

  • This refund policy applies only to Level 1 Education Packages
  • Refunds do not apply to Levels 2, 3, 4, or 5
  • Skincare products are not eligible for return or refund if:
    • They have been opened, used, or altered
    • They are returned without original packaging
    • Once opened or altered, these products must be destroyed and cannot be reused
