Refund Policy – Zoom Classes / Lessons

Once you have signed up for a Zoom class or lesson, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, we offer the following flexible options:

  • You may transfer your payment to the next available session of the same class,
    OR
  • You may request store credit (Educational Points) for use toward any merchandise available in our online shop.

Please note:

  • Transfers or credit requests must be submitted at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled class time.
  • Credit cannot be applied to future online classes or lessons—only merchandise in our store.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Refund Policy – Japan Training

Once you have paid tuition for a Japan Training, you may receive a refund if you notify us more than 30 days before the first day of the training.

If you have paid with store credit (Educational Points), your store credit will be returned to you.

If you have paid in Euro, the full amount you have paid will be refunded.  

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

‍Refund Policy – Packages and Products

  1. Damaged Packaging 

If your package is damaged, please notify us as well as the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery. We will then replace the package at no additional cost under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receipt
  • The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • The package must be unopened, unmodified, and in its original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our office in Japan

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear evidence of the issue (photo or video). 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


  1. Damaged Contents

If you open the package and the contents are damaged, please notify us as well as the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery. We will then replace the item(s) with the same product at no additional cost under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receipt
  • The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Skincare products are not eligible for return or refund if:
    • They have been opened, used, or altered
    • They are returned without their original packaging
    • Once opened or altered, these products must be destroyed and cannot be reused
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our office in Japan

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear evidence of the issue (photo or video).

‍Refund Policy – Video Subscriptions

Once you have purchased a video subscription, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please contact Customer Support for any issues with login or access.

Please note that we have no control over your subscription plan. We are unable to cancel your subscription on your behalf. You will need to cancel it directly from your PayPal account through the following steps:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account and go to My Subscription page.
  2. Click on the subscription with Active status.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm by clicking Yes, Cancel.

After completing these steps, you should receive a confirmation email that your cancellation was successful.

Once you have purchased a video subscription, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please contact Customer Support for any issues with login or access.

Please note that we have no control over your subscription plan. We are unable to cancel your subscription on your behalf. You will need to cancel it directly from your PayPal account through the following steps:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account and go to My Subscription page.
  2. Click on the subscription with Active status.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm by clicking Yes, Cancel.
